Komasa is looking for committed and motivated Sushi Chefs and Assistants with great culinary skills looking to learn with and contribute to an already successful team. You should be hard working, standards and quality driven, and a great team player. Ability to speak and read Japanese in native level, and necessary VISA is mandatory.
